Kick Start Program

The 3 Week Kick Start – One on One Program is a virtual coaching program, tailored to providing regular scheduled one on one support and knowledge to individuals supporting the achievement of individual goals and objectives. The focus throughout this program is YOU and YOUR goals!

You will need to set aside a little time each week for your scheduled coaching calls with Nichole, your own self-assessment of progress with your goal setting, Action Plans and mindset.

Throughout this program you will receive weekly coaching phone calls (at a time convenient and scheduled by you) providing personal one on one support.

The program starts on a Sunday and runs for 3 consecutive weeks, the start date of the program will be by arrangement between yourself and Nichole.
